I used to think that the WCF was infra without excluding the supra view. However, I now think it phrases the matter to allow each to have his own sense. In Vol 3 (just released) of The Westminster Confession into the 21st Century (ed by Ligon Duncan el al) there is an excellent discussion by Derek Thomas (pp267-290) which establishes this beyond reasonable doubt.
