Yeah, I've seen it. (Actually, I reviewed it for the Confessional Presbyterian). I'm thinking of something much more substantial, which focusses on the CoR, CoW, CoG, Sinai, the meaning of "covenant" and related doctrines like predestination, assurance, etc.

Mark, Tueman's "John Owen" may help a bit. Check out pp. 80ff. He discusses CR, Westminster, Savoy, and Owen.

My concern has to do with the actual teaching of the confession and the finer points of detail. The confession gives the minimum, but there were debates on Adam's reward; also, why doesn't the confession have a subsection on the covenant of redemption like the Savoy? And, how does Sinai really fit into the CoG? Those are some of my concerns, and it seems to me that there isn't a book out there on Westminster Covenant Theology. John von Rohr's is on Puritan covenant theology; it's a good book, but out of print, unfortunately.

Mark, Selvaggio has a chapter in The Faith Once Delivered - Unity or Disunity? Covenant Theology from Calvin to Westminster.

The Muller/Ward volume appears to be the second in the series. I assume Letham's will be the third.

Yes. This is interesting because I'm researching for a work on "Westminster Covenant Theology" and this series might fit my project nicely. Thanks for the unintentional "heads-up".

Craig Center for the Study of the Westminster Standards and P&R have joined forces to commission a series of books that reflect more recent scholarship on the nature and development of Reformed theology in 16th and 17th centuries. It looks like Vol. I is "The Faith Once Delivered - Essays in Honor of Dr. Wayne R. Spear".
