The faculty of Mid-America Reformed Seminary has put together what looks like another fine volume in its Mid-America Journal of Theology 20 (2009). I just received my copy yesterday and have browsed the contents. Let me also note that you can read previous issues now online here. Subscriptions are only $12 annually; just go the aforementioned link.
